The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Streaming & Content Creation Guidelines
The following guidelines apply to streaming and video content featuring Tsume Arena gameplay.
Permitted Use
- Live streaming and video uploads on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and Niconico
- Posting screenshots and gameplay clips on social media (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monetized content (ad revenue, Super Chat, memberships, etc.) is permitted
- Using screenshots in blog posts and website articles about the game
Conditions
- Please credit the game title "Tsume Arena" in your content (title, description, tags, etc.)
- Do not present your content as if it were official content from the game
- Content that includes harassment or personal attacks against other players is prohibited
Prohibited
- Streaming or videos that promote cheating or the use of external tools
- Extracting and redistributing game assets (images, audio, music, etc.) separately
- Commercial use that goes beyond these guidelines (e.g., selling merchandise using game assets)

We collect authentication information (email address, display name, profile image URL) through Firebase Authentication. We also store gameplay data such as match results, scores, and ratings.

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Data Storage
User data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase). We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
